I honestly do not know what I would do without CPC, I would be lost.

Let me first of all, the products were delivered in a timely manner and well packaged, as always. However, I did not receive the brand of heartworm for dogs that I ordered. Another brand I never heard of was substituted. A note was included, said the Nuheart is out of stock. Two problems with this: #1 I should not have been able to order an item that was out of stock. #2: The company should have emailed or called me, and given me the option on what to do. Instead they took it upon themselves to substitute another brand. #3: The substituted brand, Valuheart which I never heard of so I didn't get a chance to research and decide for myself if I wanted to give this medicine to my dog. #4: The Valuheart contains 240 ug (micrograms) of Ivermection; as opposed to Nuheart's does of 272 micrograms. A brand with a weaker dosage was given me without even asking me if I wanted it. I need to call the company right now and see what my options are. Canadapetcare has been a good vendor to deal with so I am quite surprised that this happened. Not happy with this level of service and hopefully will resolve this morning with a rep over the phone.
