Direction of use
  • It is recommended to give this worming tablet to your dog on a monthly basis in those seasons when the mosquitoes carrying the infected larvae are active.
  • Give the first dose inside one month of the dog's first contact with the mosquitoes.
  • But the specialty of these tablets is that the heartworm treatment can be started after getting exposed by the infected mosquitoes up to 4 months. The only pre-condition is that the treatment needs to be prolonged for at least one year.
  • The parting dose needs to be given before the ending of the one month after the exposure of the mosquitoes.
  • While replacing the old heartworm treatment with this treatment care needs to be taken that within a month after the last dose of the former treatment give this heartworm tablet.


  • Give the tablet orally by giving it through the mouth of the dog.
  • If the dog does not take the tablet orally then mix it in the dog food but ensure that the doggie eats the entire dose for it to be effective.
  • In case you find that the dog has not completely ingested the dose from the dog food re-dose him.
  • A single tablet of this treatment is suitable for a 20 kg body weight of a dog.
  • For every additional 10 kg of body weight - divide the tablet into half and give it to the dog.
  • Ensure that the dog's eyes are kept away from this tablet as it can result in irritation.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water after giving this tablet to the dog.
  • If your pooch is younger than 6 weeks of age do not give this oral treatment to him.
  • Take the guidance of your veterinarian if you wish to dispose off the treatment.
  • Human ingestion of the tablet can result in serious hazard. So ensure that any human being does not intake this tablet. In case of accidental ingestion rush to your doctor as soon as possible.
  • The product needs to be kept at a place that has a room temperature of less than 30 degrees Celsius.

Caution:Collies including Border Collies and other breeds are sensitive to Ivermectin. Please consult your vet before giving this treatment or look for alternatives to Ivermectin for the treatment of parasites.
