Shipping Time

Most of our orders within the USA arrive within 7–10 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 21–28 days after shipping.

Here are our current delivery timelines:

  • 80% of customers receive their orders within 7 business days.
  • 98% receive their orders within 10 business days.
  • 99.5% receive their orders within 14 business days.

Accurate Mailing Address

  • To ensure prompt delivery, we request all our customers to provide us with an accurate and complete mailing address.
  • There will be no refund or reshipment in case of an incorrect shipping address. Likewise, if the shipping company provides us with proof of successful delivery of your merchandise, no refunds or reshipments shall be offered.
  • Once the shipment is delivered to the shipping address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.

Shipping Charge

  • We provide free shipping on all orders above $49 within the USA. For orders below $49, a $9.95 shipping fee will apply.
  • We also offer Tracked Shipping at an additional cost of $6.95, which allows you to track your order from dispatch to delivery.
  • For orders shipped outside the USA, a $9.95 shipping fee will be applicable.

Guaranteed Delivery

  • If your order is undelivered within 25 business days, we'll process a complete refund or will reship the order with no additional cost as per your convenience.
  • We seek your patience and cooperation during certain times of the year such as holiday season or extreme weather conditions as the shipping takes longer than usual on these occasions.
  • If you end up receiving your original order after being refunded or receiving a reshipment due to a delayed original shipment, we request you to contact us by calling our toll-free number at 1-800-982-1308 or sending us an email at [email protected]. You may either return the additional shipment or keep it by paying for the same.

Returns & Refunds

  • Every order placed at canadapetcare.com is backed by our '100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee' and 'Money Back Guarantee'. If you are not satisfied with the order after receiving it, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order so that we can provide you with the return address and Return Reference Number (RRN).
  • Please note, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging only.
