Shipping is Free. We do not charge any shipping fee for orders that are shipped without tracking.
Shipping charges shall be applicable to the orders placed from all countries other than the USA.
We also provide the option of "Tracked Shipping" at $9.95 irrespective of the size of your order. Tracked Shipping will give you peace of mind and you will be able to track your order's movement and expected delivery dates.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours unless the order is placed on a holiday or the weekend. Most of the orders are delivered within 10-15 business days within continental US depending on your location.
We do advise customers to provide a complete and accurate address to ensure prompt delivery. We will not be able to issue a refund or reship on an order in case an incorrect address is provided. We will also not be able to offer a refund or reship if the shipping company provides us with proof of delivery. Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.
Holiday season is around the corner and the mail volume will increase substantially. Covid-19 is still impacting the movement of freight and postal departments, hence, there are chances that your order deliveries may be impacted as well.
To avoid disappointment in deliveries we request you to order 3-4 weeks in advance.

In case your order is not delivered within 21 business days we will reship or issue a full refund.
We ask for your cooperation and patience at certain periods during the year, when shipping times may take little longer due to extreme weather conditions or the holiday season mail rush.

We will arrange for the return process in case you would like to return the package or bill you, if you intend to retain the package.
