Shipping Charge

Shipping is Free. We do not charge any shipping fee which is without tracking.

However, we do provide an option to select "Tracked Shipping" at $4.99 irrespective of the size of your order. Tracked Shipping will give you peace of mind and you will be able to track the movement of your order and expected delivery dates.


As a result of shipping delays due to COVID-19, we are currently shipping all orders through tracking. This will allow customers to track their order and allow us to follow up if there are any issues.

We hope to resume free shipping as soon as things are back to normal. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Time

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours unless the order is placed on a holiday or the weekend. Most of the orders are delivered within 7-10 business days within the USA depending on your location.

We do advise customers to provide a complete and accurate address to ensure prompt delivery. We will not be able to issue a refund or reship in case of an incorrect/incomplete address provided whilst placing an order. Also, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship if the shipping company provides us with proof of delivery. Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.

Please note that your package has to be scanned by the logistics team and the data has to be uploaded before the tracking details can be made available. This may take up to 2 to 3 days from the date of shipment.

Also note that the average delivery time for the orders outside the USA is up to 3 to 4 weeks.

Guaranteed Delivery

In case your order is not delivered within 21 business days of shipment, we will reship or issue a full refund.

We do ask for your cooperation and patience at certain periods during the year, when shipping time may take little longer due to extreme weather conditions or the holiday season mail rush.

If you do receive your original order after the reship or refund is processed, we would request you to contact us by calling us toll free 1-800-982-1308 or emailing us at customerservice@CanadaPetCare.com. We will arrange for the return process if you would like to return the package or will bill you if you intend to retain the package.

Returns & Refunds

Every purchase at CanadaPetCare is backed by our 100% Customer Satisfaction or "Money Back Guarantee". If you're not satisfied with your order or receive it damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of your order for a Return Reference Number (RRN) and our returns address. Please do not post back without contacting us.

We only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging.
