Shipping Charge

Shipping is Free. We do not charge any shipping fee which is without tracking.

However, we do have an option to select "Tracked Shipping" at $4.99 irrespective of the size of your order. Tracked Shipping will give you peace of mind and you will be able to track your orders movement and expected delivery dates.

Shipping Time

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours unless the order is placed on a holiday or the weekend. Most of the orders are delivered within 7-10 business days within the continental USA depending on your location.

We do advise customers to provide a complete and accurate address to ensure prompt delivery. We will not be able to issue a refund or reship on an order in case an incorrect address is entered whilst placing the order. Also, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship if the shipping company provides us with proof of delivery. Once delivered to the address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.

Please note that your package has to be scanned by the logistics team and the data has to be uploaded before the tracking details can be made available. This may take up to 2 to 3 days from the date of shipment.

Kindly note that the average delivery time for the orders outside the USA is up to 3 to 4 weeks.

Guaranteed Delivery

In case your order is not delivered within 21 business days we will reship or issue a full refund.

We do ask for your cooperation and patience at certain periods during the year, when shipping times may take little longer due to extreme weather conditions or the holiday season mail rush.

If you do receive your original order after the reship or refund is processed, we would request you to contact us by calling us on 1-800-982-1308 or emailing us at customerservice@CanadaPetCare.com. We will arrange for the return process in case you would like to return the package or bill you, if you intend to retain the package.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your order or receive it damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of your order for a Return Reference Number (RRN) and our returns address.

We only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging.
