Simparica Trio is made of a powerful formula featuring a trio of active ingredients. This triple-action formula prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis and treats and controls roundworm and hookworm infections. It kills adult fleas and treats and prevents flea infestations. This oral chew treats and controls tick infestations caused by Lone Star Ticks, Black-Legged Ticks, American Dog Ticks, Gulf Coast Ticks, Brown Dog Ticks and Asianlonghorned Ticks. Moreover, it is indicated to prevent Lyme Disease by killing Deer Ticks.
Simparica Trio is meticulously formulated with three active ingredients – Sarolaner, Moxidectin and Pyrantel that provide comprehensive protection to dogs.
Sarolaner interrupts the function of neurotransmitters, causing uncontrolled neuromuscular activity resulting in the death of the acarines. Moxidectin interferes with chloride channel-mediated neurotransmission causing paralysis and death of the parasites.
