Frontline Plus Flea and Tick Control for Dogs
Arguably, one of the most popular flea and tick control treatments for dogs, Frontline Plus stands high score as an easy to apply topical treatment for canines. A highly effective monthly treatment that is suitable for all breeds of dogs, Frontline Plus kills fleas, ticks and all flea life stages in one go. Being waterproof, it remains effective even after the pet gets wet and gives lasting protection for an entire month.
A Merial product, Frontline Plus is a spot-on treatment for killing fleas and ticks in 8 weeks and older puppies and dogs. It kills 100% fleas within 12 hours and ticks and chewing lice within 48 hours of application. Fipronil and S-methoprene are the active ingredients that attack the central nervous system of parasites, paralyze them and eventually kill them.
Frontline Plus provides month long protection to canines and saves them from flea and tick-borne diseases. Some of the diseases when kept untreated result in fatal conditions and prove deadly for the pet. It kills all flea life stages including egg, larvae and pupae, and thus eliminates chances of re-infestations.

As per the weight and size of dogs, Frontline Plus is made available in four different color-coded packs. Please refer dosage table for details.
Weigh your pet and choose the appropriate pack. Part the fur behind the neck of the pet. Make sure it is between the shoulder blades so that the pet cannot lick it.
Place the tip of the pipette on the spot and squeeze out all the content. Allow the application site to be dry. For small dogs and medium sized dogs, apply at just one spot while for larger dogs apply at 4-5 spots moving across the backbone to the base of the tail.
It is safe for breeding, pregnant and nursing female dogs while it is a must to take veterinarian guidance before treating sick, aged and debilitated dogs with Frontline Plus.
