Dedicated Service!

I ordered meds for my dogs about 3 weeks before I needed them. In checking with the tracking information, I saw that the carrier they were coming from in the UK was on strike. This was concerning, and I emailed Customer Service about it. They answered immediately, saying that all delayed shipments would be delivered on time. For me, that would be just in time for my dogs to get their meds. After a few days, I saw that the package was in the US, and it was delivered the day before I needed to give the meds to my dogs. Awesome Customer Service, awesome delivery of a product that would have cost me twice as much in the US. Thank you, CanadaPetCate!!

This is the first time I was a little disappointed in amount of time order took to reach here. My pet actually didn’t have meds for 5 days due to delay. I realize the holidays may be part of reason. Ordered on Dec.6 and didn’t receive until Dec 29th.
