It is approved for kittens as young as 8 weeks or older, protecting them from an early age. Additionally, Credelio for 4.1 – 17.0 lbs cats is available in two dosage strengths to accommodate cats of different sizes.

Credelio for Cats Dosing Guide:

This treatment is recommended for use in cats only. Do not use it in kittens younger than 8 weeks or under 2.0 lbs of body weight. The safety of these chews has not been evaluated in pregnant, breeding and lactating cats. It should be used with caution in cats with a history of seizures or other neurologic disorders. Its efficacy against black-legged ticks in kittens under 6 months of age has not been evaluated. Keep these chews out of reach of children, pets and uninformed people.
