K9 Advantix Flea Control for Dogs

K9 Advantix is a specially formulated parasitic treatment that treats fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, flies, chewing lice and biting insects. It treats dogs by attacking parasites, paralyzing them and killing them. It prevents parasites by killing their life stages. It is a single treatment for multiple parasites and protects the pet from several parasite borne diseases.

K9 Advantix Dogs

K9 Advantix is a once a month used topical treatment for controlling and treating various parasites including fleas, ticks, chewing lice, biting insects, flies and mosquitoes. Suitable for 7 weeks and older puppies and dogs, the treatment starts destroying ticks within two hours of application. It repels them with ‘hot foot’ activity and does not allow them to stick on the treated dog.

Active ingredients Imidacloprid and Permethrin attack the central nervous system of the parasite and block sodium channels responsible for message transmission. The parasite becomes hyper-excited, paralyzed and die eventually. By remaining effective for a month, it prevents parasitic re-infestations.

Key Benefits
  • One treatment for multiple external parasites.
  • Kills fleas within 24 hours and all types of ticks within 48 hours.
  • Blocks reproduction by killing fleas before they lay eggs.
  • Attacks parasites found in the surrounding and prevents re-infestation.
  • Kills mosquitoes and keep them away for 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Aids in treatment of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD).
  • It is safe for 7 weeks and older puppies, adult dogs, pregnant and nursing female dogs.
  • Waterproof treatment that remains effective for four weeks.
Direction of use

K9 Advantix is available in four different color-coded packs categorized as per the weight of dogs. Weigh your pet and choose the appropriate pack. Refer the dosage table for details.

Let the dog stand comfortably. Part the fur between the shoulder blades such that the skin is visible. Place the tip of the open pipette and squeeze out all the liquid.

For small and medium dogs, apply at a single spot and for dogs weighing above 20 lbs apply at 3-4 spots starting from shoulder blades and moving across the backbone until the base of the tail.

Let the application site be completely dry and do not touch that area. Repeat every month. It is safe for pregnant and lactating female dogs.

Consult a veterinarian for treating sick and debilitated dogs.
