Selamectin, Sarolaner
Stronghold Plus contains selamectin and sarolaner. This combination of active ingredients offers a dual mode of action, providing comprehensive protection against internal and external parasites. This formula works by targeting the nervous system of parasites. Selamectin is effective against adult fleas, flea eggs, ear mites, roundworms, hookworms, and heartworms, whereas Sarolaner targets fleas, ticks, and ear mites. The combination of selamectin and sarolaner works with a unique bi-modal action to eliminate flea and ear mite infestations.
