Very easy and personal

The problem was with the local post office, not Canada Pet Care. They re-shipped the package twice since I didn't get it the first time (or the second) and it was finally sorted with the local mail. And I got everything thing I ordered. A little trouble understanding the customer service representatives, but they were nice either way.

Easy to use and great prices

My box was in a padded envelope and didn't make the trip in great shape, but the contents are still fine. And it takes some time to arrive, so plan ahead. The prices can't be beat in the US. Thanks!
