USPS issue

I live in a rural area, Postman delivers to cluster boxes at entrance to neighborhood so we never see the postman. Post Office is only open from 9a-3p Mon thru Fri and 9a-11a on Saturday, making it EXTREMELY difficult to sign for a delivery. If there is an option to ship via UPS going forward would be much better for me
