I use American Express and have had not trouble with it in the past. You would not accept the card. I checked twice with Am Ex and they said it was OK to use internationally. Fortunately I keep a Visa also.

Late delivery

Normally, I give you a 5-star rating. I usually get orders in 7-10 days of shipping. This time the tracking kept indicating that it was ‘on the way to customs in NY’. So, on the 14th day post shipping and nothing arriving I had to purchase it from our veterinarian which of course was expensive but I won’t take my dogs to the dog park unless they have had on time. So, 3-stars. Not you fault but I ordered the wrong size for may small 18# dog, partly because I had to keep redoing the order for some reason and forgot to double check it.
