Box crushed, pills ok

I've been ordering Simparica Trio every 3 months from CanadaPetCare for 2 years. The shipment comes in a timely manner considering it is an international ship. The shipment is in an envelope, and in the last 5 shipments the box has been crushed. The pills themselves are intact and have been usable, but the box is not usable. I would prefer receiving a box that I can store the pills.
