Despite the claim on the website for neither of my orders have I received notification of shipping. Each time I have inquired & neither time has the actual issue been addressed. Both times the orders have come in crushed packages which is the fault of the us postal service I’m sure but better packaging that can stand up to abuse would be appreciated.
