Great product company slightly lacking in communic

Great product and works very well. It is in metric weights which is no big deal. The only issue I've had was with the lack of communication in sending tracking info when the product ships. I have received two different orders from this company within 1-2 weeks of ordering. The only issue is that I have to call to get the tracking info because they fail to communicate that. If not for this issue my rating would be 5 stars.
