Interceptor Flavor Tabs contain the active ingredient milbemycin oxime. After administration, the formula is absorbed into your dog's bloodstream. Milbemycin oxime interferes with invertebrate neurotransmission. The formula prevents heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae. How to Use Interceptor Heartworm Chews on Dogs?

• Weigh your dog to determine the correct dosage strength.
