Interceptor For Small Dogs is a beef-flavored, broad-spectrum worm treatment for four weeks and older puppies and dogs that weigh between 11-25lbs. This palatable oral formula provides protection against a variety of internal parasites for a complete month.

Interceptor For 11-25lbs Dogs prevents heartworm disease; controls adult hookworm infections. Plus, it effectively eliminates and controls adult roundworm and whipworm infestations. Interceptor for dogs is safe for use in breeding and pregnant puppies and dogs.

Interceptor Heartworm Chew for Small Dogs

Interceptor Green For Small Dogs is composed of the active ingredient Milbemycin Oxime (5.75mg) to offer multi-spectrum protection against a variety of worms including heartworms.

Directions

The chews are available in four different color-coded packs based on the weight of dogs. Refer the Dosage table for details.
Dogs will take the tasty beef flavored chews directly by hand. If not then mix with their food and make sure they finish the entire meal to ingest the complete dosage.
If the dose is not taken fully then give another dose for an effective treatment. Repeat on the same date every month.
It is safe for 2 weeks and older puppies, adult dogs, pregnant and breeding female dogs.

Safety

Get your pet diagnosed with an existing heartworm infection before using Interceptor chews. If the test report is positive then treat the heartworm disease before starting the preventive.
Giving Interceptor chews to an already infected dog, a mild transient shock-like reaction may occur. To avoid such health traps consult a veterinarian and take proper guidance before and after the treatment.
Wash hands after administering the chew.
Do not give to any other species.
Keep away from children, edible things and pet feeds.
Interceptor is safe but in rare cases, it may show unusual reactions. Immediately contact a veterinarian if something typical is observed in the treated dog.
