Cazitel tablets for cat is specially designed to treat and prevent worms. This is an efficient wormer used for the treatment of mixed infections caused by gastrointestinal roundworms and tapeworms in cats. These tablets are grilled meat flavored, which makes them very palatable for your cat and easy to feed. These tablets should be given every 3 months to kittens more than 6 weeks of age and to older cats.

Cazitel Tablets for Cats contains two main active ingredients they are Pyrantel embonate and Praziquantel which work effectively to treat the gastrointestinal worms. The combination of elements make the treatment powerful, where pyrantel is active against the following ascarids: Toxocara cati, and Toxascaris leonina. Praziquantel is effective against tapeworms in particular Dipylidium caninum and Taenia taeniaeformis. Hence, it successfully eliminates all the worms from the intestinal tract ensuring good health without any adverse reactions.

The ascarid infestation, cannot be expected to get eliminate completely in kittens, so a risk of infection for humans can persist. Therefore, it is important to repeat the treatment with a suitable roundworm product at 14-day intervals until 2-3 weeks after weaning.

Recommended dosage:

• Cats weighing 2.2-4.4 lbs = 0.5 tablet
• Cats weighing 4.4-8.8 lbs = 1 tablet
• Cats weighing 8.8-13.2 lbs = 1.5 tablets
• Cats weighing 13.2-18.6 lbs = 2 tablets

• To treat only cats.
• Don't use to treat other animals.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Dispose the unused veterinary medicinal products or waste materials.
• Discard unused half tablets.
• No special storage is required.

Contraindications:

• Do not use in kittens less than 6 weeks of age.
• Do not use during pregnancy.
• Do not use in animals with a known sensitivity to the active ingredients or to any of the excipients.
